We own 60 acres of land which is located at a distance of 25 Kms. from Hassan. A Govt. lake adjoins the property. There is a 1 acre lake within the property. The scenic property is home to a variety of flora and fauna and a visual treat to one’s senses.

Arabica and Robusta variety of coffee is grown here along with pepper, cardamom and other spices. A range of fruit and ornamental plants are also cultivated here.
